Shipping + Returns

We ship via ground delivery.  When items are in stock, standard shipping time is 5-7 business days.  Every effort is made to ship your items out as quickly as possible so that you may begin to enjoy them in your own home!

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.

* Please note: For ALL original paintings SHIPPING COST WILL BE INVOICED AFTER PURCHASE!! All additional shipping costs or credits will be calculated based on distance and package dimensions and will be invoiced or refunded after sale via email. If you would like a shipping quote before purchasing a piece just email me :) Oiriginal paintings will be shipped within 2 weeks of purchase (when varnish is completely dry).

 

After the package is delivered to your door step, we are not responsible to what happens to it from that point forward. If you would like to set up signature confirmation, you may do that yourself after you receive the tracking information.

Customer order information is only used to process your order and is never shared with anyone.  Customer email addresses are used to send out order confirmation and shipping updates {with tracking information}.

Due to high shipping costs to bring in overseas items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will negotiate a replacement item.  If the same or very similar item is not available, then we will issue a refund.  If the item was shipped and insured through the United States post office, you will be given all information needed to quickly process your refund.  Applying for a refund on insured items through USPS is the responsibility of the customer.
